Bernadine King, Manager of Account Services
Bernadine oversees the day-to-day account services operations for
Dakota Specialty Milling, coordinating orders, negotiating contracts, and guaranteeing the logistics between the mill, customers, documentation, and sales reps flows smoothly and effectively. The "in-person" voice of the company, Bernadine sustains personal contact with customers, making sure the details are taken care of and all orders flow smoothly. A twenty-three-year veteran of the company, Bernadine began in accounts payable and was then promoted to customer service, customer service supervisor, and traffic manager before taking the position she holds today as Manager of Account Services. She is known for her ability to put out any potential "fires" before they become problems and believes in maintaining personal contact with
Dakota Specialty Milling customers.
