Our Sales Staff

Bob Meyer, Director of Technical Services

Bob supervises bakery technical service visits and training and works directly with Dakota Specialty Milling customers to help develop new products that fit their needs. He also monitors the FDA nutritional and claims regulations and guidelines as related to the industry. He began his career as a baker in retail baking. From there, he worked with Holsum Bakery, a large wholesale bakery in Phoenix, Arizona where he worked for twenty-two years, ultimately becoming plant manager. He came to Dakota Specialty Milling to create the company's Technical Services Department. Bob is a member of American Association of Cereal Chemists, American Institute of Bakery Education Advisory Committee, and American Society of Baking and is an American Institute of Baking Alumni.
